Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges, including:

• Taxi and HGV Medicals for patients registered with this practice.
• Adoption / fostering medicals for patients registered with this practice
• Holiday cancellation insurance forms
• Sickness / accident benefit claim forms
• Road traffic accident (if we are the first NHS contact within 24 hours)

Our list of current fees is displayed in reception.

Payment is required in advance. Fees non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.

Please note we are unable to perform medicals or provide letters/certificates regarding:

• Fitness to participate in sporting events / hazardous activities / gym usage etc.
• Fitness to fly / travel
• School pupil absence or toilet passes etc.
