Your teenage years are often the best years of your life, no longer a child but not yet an adult. Whilst you might have one, having a job isn’t essential, your responsibilities are likely few, school holidays give you quite a lot of free time to develop hobbies, try different things and make new friends etc.
With all this in mind, your teenage years can also be quite a challenging time. Juggling schoolwork, friendships and relationships, hormones and puberty and the pressure of making choices that potentially could affect the rest of your life. Physically and emotionally everything is changing and you are driven into some of the most intense situations of your young adult life where you will encounter heartbreak, peer pressure, low self-esteem and anxiety.
Sometimes it's difficult to talk to someone close to you or to know where to get the advice and support that you need. Sometimes you just need information and advice, please click on the link below for more information.
