Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on regular medications do not always need to see a doctor for a repeat of their medicines. Ticked computer slips should be delivered to reception or put into the letterbox outside the surgery for issue after two full working days.

To request your repeat medication online please click on the link at the top of this page.

Please note if you register online without a registration letter from the practice you will need to bring in TWO proofs of identity (address and photographic ID) into the surgery and fill in an application form before your account is activated.

We do not accept repeat prescriptions over the phone

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
